Job Summary
To support patient care in a dynamic environment, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead the healthcare team, and ensure compliance with established standards while working full-time on-site for a temporary duration of 5 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads and delegates tasks within the healthcare team, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies
- Develops and monitors individualized patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and families
- Maintains accurate documentation and participates in departmental performance improvement activities
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Current Registered Nurse License in California
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
