California Licensed Seasonal RN

Job Summary

Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the health care team, manage patient care processes, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a duration of five months.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the health care team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring accountability for patient care activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure effective discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing processes and collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
