California Licensed Seasonal RN

Job Summary

Providing professional nursing care, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the healthcare team, manage patient care plans, and ensure compliance with standards while working remotely for a temporary period of five months.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and timely communication with patients and families
• Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability while adhering to regulatory requirements and standards of practice
• Document patient care accurately and participate in departmental performance improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Valid California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
