Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead a healthcare team, manage patient care plans, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and timely communication with patients and families
- Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks appropriately and maintaining accountability for patient care activities
- Ensure accurate documentation of nursing processes and patient outcomes, utilizing computer systems effectively for optimal patient care
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
