Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare team, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead patient care activities, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and implements individualized patient care plans, ensuring timely communication with patients and families
• Leads and mentors team members, delegating tasks and maintaining accountability for patient care activities
• Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards while monitoring patient progress and safety

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Active California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
