Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the healthcare team, manage patient care processes, and ensure compliance with established standards while working on-site in Baldwin Park, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and delegates tasks within the healthcare team, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies and procedures
- Develops and monitors individualized patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and education with patients and families
- Maintains accurate documentation and participates in performance improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Active California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
