Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead a healthcare team, develop individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with standards while working remotely for a duration of approximately five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage patient care by developing and implementing individualized care plans based on assessments and evaluations
- Lead and mentor healthcare team members, ensuring effective delegation and accountability in patient care activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in performance improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
