Job Summary
Leading the health care team, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, while working onsite for 36 hours per week during a temporary seasonal commitment of 5 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold nursing standards of practice
- Mentor and coach team members while participating in problem identification and resolution
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
