Job Summary

To support patient care in a dynamic environment, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead healthcare teams, and ensure quality patient outcomes while working remotely for a temporary duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and implements individualized patient care plans, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations
• Leads and mentors healthcare team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient safety and comfort

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an accredited RN Program
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
