Job Summary
To support patient care in a dynamic environment, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead healthcare teams, and ensure adherence to established standards while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads the healthcare team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring accountability in patient care
- Develops and monitors individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and families regarding their treatment and discharge instructions
- Maintains accurate documentation of nursing processes and participates in departmental performance improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
