Job Summary
To support the healthcare team, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead patient care activities, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring timely communication with patients and families
- Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to policies and standards of care
- Document nursing processes accurately and participate in performance improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Valid California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
