California Licensed Seasonal RN

Job Summary

Providing professional nursing care in a full-time temporary capacity, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the health care team, manage patient care processes, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a commitment duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized care plans, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and timely communication with patients and families
• Monitors patient progress, revises care plans as necessary, and ensures optimal pain control and patient comfort
• Leads the health care team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and participating in problem resolution and performance improvement activities

Required qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
