Job Summary

To support patient care in a dynamic environment, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead healthcare teams, and ensure adherence to established standards while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and timely updates based on patient progress
• Lead and mentor healthcare team members, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a supportive work environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Current Registered Nurse License in California
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
