California Licensed Seasonal RN

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead the healthcare team, and ensure compliance with established standards and policies while working remotely for a temporary duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress
• Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks appropriately and maintaining accountability for patient care activities
• Ensure accurate documentation of nursing processes and interventions, utilizing computer systems effectively for optimal patient care

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of RN Program
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
