Job Summary
To support patient care initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing services, lead healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Lead and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Document patient care accurately and participate in performance improvement activities
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
