Job Summary
To support a healthcare team in Baldwin Park, California, a California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care on a full-time temporary basis, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality patient outcomes and safety while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads the healthcare team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Develops and implements individualized patient care plans, monitoring progress and revising as necessary
- Maintains accurate documentation of patient care and collaborates with healthcare professionals to discuss patient outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
