California Licensed Seasonal RN

Job Summary

To support patient care in a temporary seasonal capacity, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, lead healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a duration of approximately 5 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure effective discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and collaborate with healthcare team members to discuss patient findings and outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Active California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
