California Licensed Seasonal RN

Job Summary

Providing professional nursing care on a full-time temporary basis, the California Licensed Seasonal RN will lead the healthcare team, manage patient care plans, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely for a duration of approximately five months.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring timely communication with patients and families
• Lead and mentor team members, delegating tasks and maintaining accountability for patient care activities
• Document nursing processes accurately and participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Current California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
