Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare team, the full-time California Licensed Seasonal RN will provide professional nursing care, utilizing established standards and the nursing process, while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the healthcare team by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Develops and implements individualized patient care plans, monitors progress, and ensures effective discharge planning
- Maintains accurate documentation of nursing processes and collaborates with healthcare team members to discuss patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Completion of an RN Program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support certification
- Basic Arrhythmia course completion required
