Job Summary

As a full-time temporary California Licensed Seasonal RN, the candidate will provide professional nursing care in a remote setting, leading the healthcare team, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring compliance with standards of practice for a duration of 5 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads the healthcare team by delegating tasks and ensuring accountability while upholding policies and regulations
• Develops and monitors individualized patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and families
• Maintains accurate documentation of nursing processes and participates in departmental performance improvement activities

Required qualifications:

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
• Completion of an RN Program
• Active California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
