Job Summary
As a California Licensed Security Software Engineer, the full-time remote Senior Staff Security Software Engineer will define and evolve the architecture for a shared Security AI platform, focusing on enabling secure and reliable operations for security teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architecture and engineering standards for the shared Security AI platform
- Lead the design and development of production-grade capabilities for security personas to operate reliably at scale
- Serve as a technical authority, aligning cross-organizational leaders on platform direction and architectural tradeoffs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, security platform architecture, or systems security at a senior staff level
- Exceptional fluency in Python and modern cloud-native systems architecture, including Kubernetes and microservices
- Demonstrated ability to align multiple organizations on complex technical strategies and ship architectural transformations
- Deep expertise in AI/ML security, including agentic system trust boundaries and secure deployment of AI-enabled systems
- Strong technical communication skills to explain complex platform and security tradeoffs to various stakeholders
