California Licensed Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support multiple business units, the full-time remote California Licensed Senior Accountant will manage inventory tracking and recording, assist with revenue and cash applications, and engage in treasury-related activities while navigating a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate inventory levels between NetSuite and global 3PL and co-manufacturer networks
- Account for cash payment flows from customer acquisition to bank deposits, ensuring revenue streams are reconciled to sales orders
- Perform treasury-related activities, including cash reporting and monitoring company cash accounts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of general accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing and inventory accounting
- Strong technical accounting background, including knowledge of ASC 330 and ASC 606
- Active CPA license with Big 4 experience preferred
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for process improvement
