Job Summary
Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the full-time remote California Licensed Senior Accounting Analyst will manage key general ledger areas, support month-end close processes, and enhance compliance efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, flux analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations for various general ledger areas
- Own assigned month-end close tasks and support consolidations, ensuring accuracy in accruals
- Support the annual external audit by executing SOX controls and providing necessary deliverables to auditors
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in both external audit and industry
- Active CPA license is required
- Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Hands-on experience executing SOX controls
- Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is required
