California Licensed Senior Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Senior Architect will develop technical designs and construction documents for industrial projects, collaborating with design teams and ensuring compliance with quality and budgetary requirements, while working remotely or onsite in Sacramento, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Develops technical designs and edits architectural drawings to meet quality parameters and project timelines
- Performs design activities including programming, code research, and site surveys
- Coordinates with contractors and consultants to address constructability issues and obtain necessary documentation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of project work experience
- Experience in all phases of the project cycle
- Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes
- Completion of related post-secondary education; registration with a professional architectural association is an asset
