Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Remote Senior BCBA will design and implement individualized behavior analytic programs for children and adolescents, supervise Program Managers and students, and maintain high standards of clinical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Supervise and provide clinical oversight to Program Managers and master's-level students, offering regular feedback and training
- Complete accurate clinical documentation, including progress reports and session notes, in compliance with organizational policies
Required qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing with the BACB
- Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents
- Proficiency with CentralReach for session data and billing
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and family interaction
