Managing complex California workers' compensation claims, the full-time California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will work remotely to ensure effective resolution and support for injured workers and policyholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage moderate to high-exposure California workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolution
- Determine compensability, establish reserves, and administer medical and indemnity benefits
- Handle litigation, coordinate with defense counsel, and develop settlement strategies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of workers' compensation claims experience, including complex claims
- Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws and regulations
