To support a growing team, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to plan and resolve claims effectively
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjusters' license required; SIP optional
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
