California Licensed Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

Managing a book of employee benefits clients, the remote California Licensed Senior Client Manager will oversee renewals, vendor marketing, plan analysis, and compliance support while fostering ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert for employee benefits accounts
• Manage day-to-day client service, escalations, and complex coverage or compliance inquiries
• Analyze client census and experience data for new and renewal business

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits account management with a brokerage, consulting firm, or health insurance carrier
• Strong understanding of benefits renewals, plan design, and carrier markets
• California Life and Health License; preferred, or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire date
• Experience supporting mid-market or large group employee benefits clients preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
