Job Summary
As a key member of the legal team, the full-time California Licensed Senior Counsel will independently lead legal negotiations for Enterprise deals, focusing on subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage and negotiate various legal agreements with customers and partners
- Provide general legal guidance to West Coast Area Directors and their teams
- Shape initiatives to streamline the contracting process as the company scales
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct customer interaction
- 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers
- Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA to signature process
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
- Proficiency in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites
