California Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

To support commercial contracting activities across the Americas, a California Licensed Senior Counsel will work remotely in a full-time capacity, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements while collaborating closely with Sales and channel teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary commercial counsel for customers and partners across the Americas
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS/subscription terms and NDAs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align contracting processes with evolving go-to-market and pricing models

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial contracting or related legal roles at a global enterprise software or technology company
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, subscription, and enterprise licensing commercial structures
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for moderate-to-high complexity agreements
• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state, with California or New York preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; JD, LLB, LLM, or equivalent legal degree required
