Job Summary
Experienced California Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage litigation cases, provide mentorship, and contribute to building a new office in the Inland Empire, with flexible work arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and manage all facets of discovery and trial preparation
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- First- or second-chair trial experience is highly valued
