Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage high-stakes litigation cases, handle court appearances, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes that counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in California
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
