California Licensed Senior Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage litigation cases, develop strategies, and handle client communications while operating in a flexible work environment based out of the Novato office.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and manage full case handling responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with clients and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including deposition and trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
