Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and manage all facets of discovery and trial
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
