Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel, this full-time remote position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and depositions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys within the team
Required Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active California bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
