Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel in Lemon Law Litigation, this full-time remote position will manage cases, develop strategies, and oversee all aspects of litigation while collaborating with a team in Northern California.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and themes to effectively advocate for clients
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and trials
- Maintain routine communication with clients and cultivate relationships for future business
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school and active California Bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Lemon Law defense
- Experience in consumer litigation or related complex civil litigation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
