Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel with strong Lemon Law defense experience, the full-time remote position will manage high-exposure litigation matters under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, representing manufacturers and corporate clients across California.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active license in the State of California
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, with 5+ years in Lemon Law defense
- 2+ years of experience in CRLA, tenant advocacy, or housing litigation
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
