Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel for a full-time remote position focused on landlord-tenant litigation, where the attorney will manage case strategy, handle discovery, and lead trial preparations while collaborating with a team of experienced litigators.
Key responsibilities
- Develop case themes and manage all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and substantive motion practice
- Communicate regularly with clients and cultivate relationships to support case progress
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in landlord-tenant and habitability matters
- Experience with full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
