Experienced litigators will find a full-time opportunity as a California Licensed Senior Counsel, responsible for independently managing cases, developing compelling case strategies, and providing mentorship while working in a collaborative office environment in the Inland Empire.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
- First- or second-chair trial experience is highly valued
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
