Key responsibilities
- Lead legal negotiations with customers and provide guidance on various transactions
- Support West Coast Area Directors and their teams in contract-related matters
- Shape initiatives to enhance and streamline the contracting process as the company scales
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct customer interaction
- 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers
- Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA to signature process
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
- Proficiency in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites
