Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Maintain routine communications with clients and cultivate relationships
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation
- Experience in landlord-tenant or habitability litigation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
