Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Senior Counsel with 8+ years of litigation experience, the full-time position in Orange County offers the opportunity to manage complex civil litigation cases, influence strategy, and develop client relationships while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and maintain routine communications with clients
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial
