Job Summary
To support credit administration activities across various lending programs, the full-time California Licensed Senior Credit Administrator will develop and maintain a comprehensive credit training program, manage competency frameworks, and partner with multiple teams to ensure compliance and effective training delivery in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a formal credit training program covering various lending products
- Develop a competency matrix and assess organizational credit capabilities to identify training gaps
- Coordinate training updates and maintain training records for compliance and audit purposes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 7-10 years of experience in credit administration, underwriting, and portfolio management
- Strong background in SBA and conventional commercial lending
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to develop and improve credit policies and training programs
