Job Summary
To support Nvidia's growing team, the full-time (W-2) hybrid California Licensed Senior HRSD Developer will lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with global HR stakeholders and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and configure scalable solutions within ServiceNow HRSD, including Case & Knowledge Management and Onboarding
- Serve as the technical lead for HRSD initiatives, guiding solution design and implementation strategies
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and enterprise HR systems, ensuring reliable and scalable solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, particularly with HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Proven expertise in architecting and implementing HRSD solutions and process automation
- ServiceNow HRSD certification required
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow development
