California Licensed Senior Hydrogeologist
Job Summary
To support and expand environmental investigation and remediation practices, the full-time California Licensed Senior Hydrogeologist (Seller-Doer) will provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts, with the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Build and expand a client portfolio through new client acquisition and repeat business in environmental investigation and remediation
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to meet project goals, budgets, and schedules
- Provide hydrogeologic technical leadership for complex investigation and remediation projects, including field investigations and report preparation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Certified Hydrogeologist (CHg) license in California
- 10-20 years of progressive consulting experience in geology/hydrogeology
- Demonstrated business development and client relationship experience
- Experience with regulatory programs such as CERCLA, RCRA, and CalEPA
