Job Summary
Joining a dynamic legal team, the full-time California Licensed Senior Legal Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide operational support to cross-functional teams, and manage legal initiatives remotely while contributing to the advancement of AI-driven cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software licenses and distribution contracts
- Partner with Global Sales and other teams to provide timely and practical legal support
- Support and drive legal team initiatives, coordinating across stakeholders to enhance processes
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in a top law firm or fast-paced in-house legal department
- Familiarity with Legal AI tools and comfort with complex legal issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Strong commercial awareness and responsiveness to business needs
- Experience in building relationships and collaborating effectively across teams
