Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Litigator with over 5 years of experience, the full-time position will manage complex civil litigation matters, including motion practice and client representation, while offering hybrid work flexibility in Woodland Hills, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters, including motion practice, legal research, and case strategy
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trial-related activities
• Draft high-quality legal documents and communicate directly with clients to manage cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on business and/or insurance litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active California Bar admission
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation practices
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with colleagues
