California Licensed Senior Paralegal

Job Summary

To support an in-house legal team, the full-time California Licensed Senior Paralegal will manage corporate governance compliance, assist with real estate and HR matters, and handle commercial contracting and litigation tasks in a flexible work-from-home environment based in Del Mar, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain corporate/entity records and ensure compliance with governance requirements
• Assist with transactional closings, including leases and property management agreements
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation processes and manage the discovery process

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably at a large law firm
• Extensive corporate governance experience and strong knowledge of California law
• Experience with real estate matters and litigation is strongly preferred
• Advanced computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office and online legal research
