California Licensed Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology practice, the full-time California Licensed Senior Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate with sales teams to tailor innovative data storage solutions, drive customer engagement, and lead technical presentations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with account managers and partners to create effective customer strategies that promote revenue growth
• Lead technical product presentations and manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations

Required qualifications:

• 5 or more years of pre-sales experience in enterprise storage, networking, or cloud technologies
• Deep knowledge of multi-tiered client/server architectures and modern web architectures
• Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Strong understanding of current and emerging storage architectures
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and digital transformation processes
