California Licensed Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation governance of Wildfire Mitigation Plan commitments, the full-time California Licensed Senior Program Manager will oversee multiple wildfire mitigation programs remotely, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a governance partner to support the oversight of Wildfire Mitigation Plan commitments
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of wildfire mitigation programs and assess implementation progress
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and monitor alignment between business activities and regulatory commitments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or regulatory environments, preferably in the utility industry
• Proven ability to evaluate complex business programs and assess performance outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Experience in developing governance artifacts and monitoring program performance
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify risks and recommend solutions
